Study On The Present Situation And Optimization Strategy Of PE Teaching Environment In Private Middle School In LinFen City

The private middle schools in Linfen are developing rapidly,including:(1)the number of schools increases greatly;(2)the school teaching system is more perfect;and(3)there are more than three kinds of school-running forms.The physical education teaching environment plays an irreplaceable role in the actual sports teaching activities.As the foundation of the physical education teaching activities,the physical education teaching environment is embodied in all aspects of the sports activities.Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of physical education material environment and humanistic environment in Linfen private middle school,this paper provides some reference and reference for promoting the development of physical education teaching environment in Linfen private middle school.In this study,the physical education teachers and students of Linfen Private Middle School were investigated from Yaodu District,Hongdong County,Homa City,In Xiangfen County and Yicheng County,100 PE teachers and 700 students from 20 private middle schools were selected to distribute and collect questionnaires,and 100 effective samples for teachers and 700 samples for students were obtained.In this paper,the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,case analysis and mathematical statistics are used to study the present situation of PE teaching environment in Linfen private middle school.The factors analysis and descriptive analysis are carried out by using SPSS19.0 to analyze the current situation of PE teaching environment in Linfen private middle school.It is found that:(1)The infrastructure of Linfen private middle school can basically meet the needs of physical education,but there is still a lack of supervision,management and publicity of equipment and facilities in Linfen City,which has not been paid enough attention to by students.In the humanities environment of physical education teaching,the physical education teachers tend to be younger and lack of teaching experience,the school sports activities are relatively single,the school sports atmosphere is not strong,and still need to be strengthened.Overall,Linfen private middle school physical education humanities environment development is relatively weak.The construction of PE teaching environment in Tongsheng Experimental Middle School in Linfen City is of great significance for the development of other private middle schools in Linfen City.(2)The scores of PE teacher's importance in PE teaching environment in Linfen's private secondary school show that the importance of the physical education teachers in the field equipment,the teachers' ability,the physical atmosphere of the school and the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students is obviously higher than that of other aspects.The private secondary school in Linfen should pay more attention to the construction of the physical education environment of the school,and combine with the physical education teachers to promote the development of the physical education.(3)through the exploratory factor analysis of the students' cognition of PE teaching environment in Linfen private middle school,the students' cognition of interpersonal relationship is better,but the cognition of classroom atmosphere and external environment is lower than that of the private middle school students in Linfen.The school should strengthen the construction of external environment,teachers should pay attention to the construction of physical education classroom atmosphere,in order to strengthen students' cognition of physical education teaching environment.(4)in view of the problems existing in the physical education teaching environment of the private middle school in Linfen,propose the following optimization strategies: school,society and family to improve the material environment of physical education teaching,rationalization of the teaching staff structure of physical education teachers,and optimization of the physical education teaching environment in Linfen City.Payattention to the construction of campus sports atmosphere and strengthen the cultivation of students' own perception of physical education environment.
