Self-discipline, which have no others in the on-site supervision, through asked yourself, control yourself, become passive to active, consciously follow the statutes,constraints, their own words and deeds. Self-discipline display is a kind of civilization,the benign state of higher moral accomplishment, but indications that people’s self-discipline consciousness, self-discipline ability is generally unsatisfactory(every holiday tourist attractions in the uncivilized phenomenon is a good case in point),especially as a weak group in the school, from an early age to develop a lot of bad behavior, low self-control ability, as a vocational education workers should shoulder the responsibility of the education, and improve secondary vocational student’s self-discipline.Paper first defines the concept of self-discipline and heteronomy and relations, this paper analyzed discipline into self-discipline is feasible; Then from the Angle of become qualified citizens and secondary characteristics, times are discussed by need to reinforce the secondary vocational student’s self-discipline ability value; Through questionnaire, interview and so on, and then display the secondary vocational student’s lack of self-discipline; Then see the essence through the phenomenon, this paper discusses the causes of the formation of secondary vocational self-discipline ability is insufficient; Finally based on the secondary vocational student’s lack of self-discipline,put forward and demonstrate how from schools, families, students themselves several aspects make joint efforts to promote secondary vocational student’s self-discipline.This research mainly focuses on the secondary vocational schools for the secondary vocational student’s self-discipline ability cultivation, the paper will be fromthe school education environment, hardware facilities, system construction, educational idea, teachers’ quality, curriculum setting, such as Angle, multi-angle of secondary vocational schools in the secondary vocational student’s self-discipline to cultivate the students’ ability to function.
