With the process of “New Curriculum Reform”, Chinese class teaching has been experiencing great changes. Chinese teachers have all borne an idea in their minds that students are the center of the class and should be granted with the priority while learning, and then, inquiry learning strategy has been widely applied in teaching practice. Decades have been past, but some problems or even mistakes have been found, which cause negative influences and greatly lower the teaching effect. This research tried to summarize the current theories and problems in teaching practice, and found the causes to those problems with the help of some available researching materials. The research advocated that teachers should change their present teaching ideas and also introduced NLP(neuro-linguistic programs) in teaching practice by applying some research methods like surveys, teaching experiments, case studies and brain storm skills. Teaching design based on students’ needs and interests were also concerned in this paper.
