Outline of the 10-Year Development Project of Education Informization,2011-2020,have pointed out that it is necessary to promote the modernization of education with educ ation informization and give full play to the advantages of information technology. And vigorously promote the depth of integration of education, teaching and information technology.At present,the new curriculum reform also pays more and more attention to the students' independent learning and cooperative inquiry ability,emphasizing on changing the old way of knowledge based, subject based and teacher based education.Tablet PC based inquiry teaching is a new experience for both teachers a nd students, with its rich learning resources, effective classroom interaction,personalized teaching, diversified evaluation methods and other advantages, it effectively embodies the student based education.This research takes the students of grade five of CCNU Affiliated Primary School as the research object, and takes the APT wisdom classroom project as the basis to carry out the inquiry learning based on the tablet computer. The main process of the experiment is as follows: Firstly, observing the traditional information technology class and interviewing teachers and students. Combine the practical result with literature research to analyze the teaching situation and shortcomings of current information technology class,and the necessity and feasibility of tablet PC based class. Secondly,combine the advantages of computer and the major points of inquiry teaching, to design the fundamental model of tablet PC based inquiry teaching. Then, students in grade five of CCNU Affiliated Primary School were divided into fixed and variable groups,respectively adopt the tablet PC based inquiry teaching model and the traditional teaching methods in the computer classroom for a term, and record. Finally, integrate and analyze the questionnaire, interview, classroom observation and student works before and after the study, explore the influence of "interactive classroom" to students' learning interest and satisfaction,their autonomous learning ability and classroom effect, after the introduction of information technology classroom. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Based on tablet in inquiry learning, students of information technology greatly improve learning interest and satisfaction.(2) Based on the tablet of inquiry learning, the students' ability of autonomous learning has certain improvement, but the shortage of experiment to maintain long enough and the other is not obvious.(3) Based on the tablet of inquiry learning, the students' classroom learning effect is obviously improved, including the students' interaction and display, etc., the students'work and more innovative.
