In the teaching of physics comprehensive practical activities in junior middle school, teachers should take students’ physical knowledge as the foundation, with the theory of constructivism, the method of the experimental activity, and the investigation within and outside the class, to reflect the students’ subject status. The teaching of physics comprehensive practical activities in junior middle school is to cultivate students’ good quality, practice ability, acquire and understand the physical knowledge within and outside the class. In this thesis, Yancheng Junior Middle School and Jingshan Middle School at Yancheng are taken as examples. According to the theory of constructivism, I carry on the intensive research of the teaching of physics comprehensive practical activities in physics courses published via Jiangsu province. The methods that are used in this paper include literature research, data analysis, questionnaire survey, and interview method. The paper focuses on the theory, teaching design, teaching practice, and evaluation of physical education in junior middle schools. The studied results indicate that doing physics practical activities can expand students’ field of vision, motivate students’ interest in physics in junior middle school, and improve the students’ physical learning performance in the cultivation of students’ ability to apply knowledge both inside and outside the class. In the comprehensive practice, student’s good personalities get developed. In particular, students’ hands-on ability and communication skills are generally improved. Through teaching practice and evaluation, comprehensive practical activities are mainly to strengthen the scientific quality of students.
