Research On Hejian Rural Compulsory Education From 1978 To 2005

After the reform and opening up, in the field of education, our country has a full recovery to bring order out of chaos. From 1978 to 2005 of nearly thirty years, Hejian rural compulsory education developed rapidly, achieved a historic success. Hejian is a county-level city of Hebei Province. It can be said that the development history of Hejian is the miniature of rural education in Hebei Province. We can get a whole understanding of Hebei Province through Hejian. Therefore, summarizing the achievement and pointing out the weakness and putting forward feasible suggestions, all of this has high practical significance and academic value to research on the development history of Hejian rural compulsory education,In the structure of the article, in addition to the preface and the conclusion part, the article is divided into four parts.Introduction mainly reviewed the academic history and expounded the method of thesis writing. It defines the scope and concepts(Hejian districts, the definition for the period, the rural compulsory education etc.)The first part introduces the development course of Hejian rural compulsory education from 1978 to 2005. This part is divided into three development stages: consolidation and recovery period(1978-1984), the period of comprehensive construction period(1985-1996) and the consolidation of stable period(1997-2005).The second part introduces the achievement and problems of Hejian rural compulsory education from 1978 to 2005. According to compare seven aspects of Hejian rural compulsory education between the reform and opening up and around 2005, it summarizes two historic leaps and achieves good results. And this part summarizes nine aspects problems of Hejian rural compulsory education, such as the gap between rural and rural areas.The third part introduces some suggestions on the development of Hejian rural compulsory education. Based on the summary of the development of Hejian rural compulsory education above, to address the problems in Hejian rural compulsory education, this part put forward six suggestions, such as increase investment in rural education and fund supervision.In the conclusion part, sums up the whole thesis, although the development of Hejian rural compulsory education has made certain achievements, but there are still a lot of problems. In the future, Hejian should accord to its own characteristics, continue to deepen the education reform, join forces, and then achieve all-around development in education.
