| Research Purposes: Functional training plays an important role in improving students’ physical quality and preventing sports injury,but as a kind of sports training method,the research of combining it with sports course is relatively few.Therefore,this study tries to combine the functional training with the Physical Education Curriculum,and to integrate and divide the two types of practice,corresponding to the functional sports game group and the Functional Training Group.Through the 12-week teaching experiment intervention,this paper compares and analyzes the differences of different teaching methods on the students’ physical quality,subjective exercise experience and FMS test effect,the purpose of this study is to provide a scientific reference program for teenagers to choose suitable exercise methods.Methods: In this paper,three classes of Siyuan Middle School were randomly selected as experimental subjects and divided into three groups: Functional Sports Game Group,Functional Training Group and Control Group.The Functional Sports Game Group is to combine the functional training with the Physical Education curriculum in a game-oriented way,and the functional training group is to do the functional exercise after the end of the basic part of the physical education;The control group was treated according to the school routine.Before and after the intervention,three groups of students were tested by FMS,physical fitness and subjective experience scale.Through12-week teaching experiment intervention,explore the feasibility of integrating functional training into the preparatory class of junior high school.Results:(1)In the FMS test index of functional movement screening,through the comparison within the group,we found that there was no significant difference between the female students in the active leg raising test and the male students in the shoulder flexibility test(P>0.05),the other indexes showed significant difference between boys and girls(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in stability push-up test between male and female students in Functional Training Group(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in the other six indexes as well(P<0.05).The male students in the control group had significant differences in squatting,straight-line leg-splitting,shoulder flexibility and active leg-raising(P<0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference in seven indexes among the three groups except squatting and shoulder flexibility(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the three groups in shoulder flexibility test(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in other test indexes(P<0.05).(2)In terms of physical fitness,there were significant differences between male and female students in Functional Sports Game Group and Functional Training Group(P<0.05)in 1-minute rope skipping,forward bending of sitting position,standing long jump,grip strength and 50-meter running,there were significant differences between male and female students in 1-minute rope skipping,forward bend in sitting position,standing long jump and 50-meter run(P<0.05).There was significant difference in grip strength between the three groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in physical fitness among the three groups(P>0.05).(3)In the aspect of subjective exercise experience,there were significant differences between male and female students in the Functional Sports Game Group in the degree of positive happiness,psychological distress and fatigue(P<0.05),there was significant difference in positive well-being between male students and female students in Functional Training Group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among female students in three dimensions(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the Control Group(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the three groups of boys and the three groups of girls(P<0.05)Research Conclusions:(1)Through the 12-week teaching experiment intervention,the FMS indexes of the Functional Training Group and the Functional Sports Game Group were higher than that of the Control Group.(2)Through the 12-week teaching experiment intervention,the Functional Sports Game Group and the Functional Training Group all improved the students’ physical quality such as upper limb strength,lower limb strength,flexibility,endurance and speed.In the Control Group,the strength,flexibility,endurance and speed of lower limbs were also significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the boys in the Functional Sports Games Group and the Functional Training Group had a better effect on the grip strength.(3)Compared with the Control Group and the Functional Training Group,the Functional Sports Game Group significantly increased the junior middle school preparatory class youth in the physical exercise positive happiness,but also greatly reduced the degree of psychological distress and fatigue. |
