In recent years, as people more and more attention to pre-school education,All aspects of preschool teachers are increasingly high requirements. Currently,pre-vocational level professional talent is to train kindergarten teachers the main channel, the quality of their students’ culture is directly related to the future quality of early childhood education.Comprehensive, reasonable, workable appraisal system is an important way to verify Quality Personnel Training.Benefit the students and preschool teachers in self-examination and supervision make it more responsive training program kindergarten teachers, better able to adapt to the development of kindergarten teachers job requirements and the community, the overall quality overall.The "Kindergarten teacher professional standards" clearly put forward, as a qualified kindergarten teachers, to have a good work ethic, grasp the system of professional knowledge and professional skills. To set the culture of knowledge, ability and quality as one of the applied talents for the community used to be a student out of school, do their appraisal before entering the community, so that they enter a job can be a very short time to adapt to job requirements. See reflected conceivable whole picture, can make good use of the appraisal is the key measure of the overall quality of students.This study selected in Shijiazhuang, Hebei three colleges preschool students and teachers as a sample of this investigation, through the use of the previous question about the pre-professional training and professionalism student questionnaire responses were from students and teacher’s perspective survey to obtain information on the appraisal of the status quo and existing problems.In addition, the author also uses interviews as an auxiliary approach to informal interviews with students and teachers about. Through interviews in the form of a questionnaire to supplement the lack of content, increase the credibility of the information obtained and realism. Further analysis found that there are majorproblems:First, the assessment criteria and standards disjointed post;Second, theexamination content and students’ professional ability standards require the presence of structural problems; third, a single assessment methods, emphasis on the written test; fourth, the main employer in the appraisal of absence; fifth, evaluation reflects the lack of features, too much emphasis on the selection function. To solve the above problems, the author expects to construct a relatively reasonable, comprehensive evaluation system: first, a clear appraisal objectives; second, according to standards work positions appraisal standards; Third, select the appropriate assessment content; fourth, scientific design appraisal methods; fifth, school-enterprise cooperation, and promote diversification of the evaluation body.
