European higher education has become the focus of attention in the world since the 29 countries signed the Bologna in 1999. The member states in the integration of integration, but also need to combine their own national conditions to keep their own higher education to maintain their own diversified characteristics. It can be said that the integration and diversification of coordination is an important problem in the construction of higher education in Europe. The reform of higher education system in Norway is an important part of higher education system in Europe. In particular, Norway after joining the Bologna process,which according to the actual situation of higher education development and international institutions of higher learning and the development of the Bologna process and the cooperation of the members of the higher education development path of integration and diversification. This not only can maintain the fine tradition that already have already, also can be in line with international standard. This paper mainly discusses the situation of a series of higher education reform in Norway after joining the Bologna process,and further analyzes the process of the reform of Norway in the process of realizing the goal of the Bologna process, and the influence of higher education reform in our country. The main contents are as follows:The first part of the origin,purpose and significance of the research, and related literature review.The second part of the development of higher education in Norway. Through the analysis of the history and current situation of higher education in Norway, we can provide the basic data for the study of higher education in Norway.The third part is the reform of higher education in Norway in Bologna. From four aspects : the construction of the European credit transfer system, the restructuring of higher education quality assurance system, to promote lifelong education model, and the reform of the integration of the reform practice in Norway higher education system.The fourth part is the evaluation of higher education reform in Norway. Through the analysis and discussion of the opportunities and challenges brought by the Norway higher education in Norway, the advantages and disadvantages of the reform measures are revealed.The fifth part is the suggestions of higher education in our country. From the advance of higher education and mutual recognition of credits, perfect quality guarantee system of higher education, promote teachers and students in Colleges and universities flow three aspects to put forward the Norwegian higher education reform of education system reform of our country draw lessons from a meaning.
