Education pathology is a theory that develops on the basis of medical pathology and social pathology to prevent, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and promote the healthy development of education.Elementary school music education stage. Some schools especially Township Primary School Education Model conservative, teacher quality varies greatly, these are precisely the disease, the pathogenic factor. The music education of primary school and any living objects such as moving plants, will get sick. If the situation continues to develop without control,it will lead to more non- saving consequences. Our country is in the initial stage of the study of teaching disease, and its prevention and treatment is not complete, so the primary school music classroom teaching and pathology of the phenomenon of the case study is particularly important. The author selected a primary school in Taoyuan County, Changde Province as the object of investigation, empirical research, produced a specific practice results. This study all by himself through visits to the school survey, regular observation, timely and school teachers communicate to ensure the smooth implementation of, and assisted with questionnaire, as far as possible so that more accurate and detailed interrogation. The diagnosis method of the music classroom teaching of a primary school in Taoyuan county is as follows: look, smell,ask, analyze. Mainly from two aspects of teachers and students to explorethe primary school music classroom teaching of pathological phenomena and pathogenic factors, and from the observation of pathological phenomena out of therapeutic prescription. The research methods used in this research are literature analysis, case study and questionnaire survey.
