In recent years, along with our country industrial structure adjustment and transformation of the pattern of economic development, speed up the pace of technological innovation, shortage of skilled talents is increasingly serious. By the end of 2013, the national industrial workers, 2013 in urban employment personnel of only39%, or less than 19% of total employment. Advanced skills personnel 37.624 million people, only 25.2% of the total number of skill worker, or less than 5% of total employment. In order to meet the needs of social development of skilled talents, the state vocational education is more and more attention, the 18 th party congress in particular, in the field of comprehensively deepen education reform, against the background of vocational education got unprecedented attention, in the rare development opportunity. Technical schools as an important part of vocational education in our country and the main position of skilled personnel training, the mechanic education workers must improve the quality of personnel training as the priority, because in the technical school teachers relationship is harmonious or not, directly affect the mechanic education talent training quality of high and low, so the mechanic education workers must strengthen the attention and research of the relationship between teachers and students, especially the conflict between teachers and students are the main factors affecting the relationship between teachers and students- more to strengthen research,and can be in the right, under the theoretical guidance of the correct understanding and adopt scientific and effective policies and measures to effectively solved, reasonable,so as to promote the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, promote the healthy development of schools, teachers and students, ensure the quality of education of mechanic education and achieve the goals of education, improve the quality of the cultivation of skilled talents. In this paper, on the basis of literature research, questionnaire survey based on the survey of real data, the manifestation of the conflict between teachers and students of technical school, the present situation,causes and its function is studied, and efforts to explore and use to prevent and solve the conflict between teachers and students of science and effective strategy, resolving the conflict between teachers and students in the education practice activities,harmonious relationship between teachers and students, lead the conflict between teachers and students play a positive and constructive ways, so as to better establish a democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, improve the teaching quality of mechanic education and level, the output more moral virtue, skills,excellent social workers, in order to promote economic and social development and make greater contributions to promote employment.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part of the introduction.The second part of technical school present situation investigation and analysis of the conflict between teachers and students.The third part of technical school ol reflects the conflict between teachers and students and cause analysis.The fourth part technical school teachers and students conflict coping strategies.
