Sudden Events In The Secondary Vocational School Preventive Strategies

In recent years, with the support of our country, secondary vocational school has been developed rapidly. The facilities and scale of vocational school has reached a high record. And the number of students is increasing. It seems that the spring of vocational education is coming. However, we must realize that there are still many problems. With the social transformation, the popularization of network and the special characteristics,campus emergencies come out one after another, such as fighting and brawling. It not only affects the normal teaching order and management of school, but also seriously damages its image and reputation. And it’s also a threat to teachers’ and students’ safety.So how to prevent emergencies from happening effectively and to reduce the risk of them farthest, It is a pressing problem which needs to be solved in secondary vocational school. The paper analyzes and studies it from the following aspects.Firstly, the author analyzes and studies the domestic and foreign research results.Then the author gives her view on the concept of vocational school emergency events and defines the research object of the paper. And then the author classifies the secondary vocational school emergencies through some specific examples.Secondly, in order to understand the current situation objectively and comprehensively, the author takes the form of questionnaires and interviews to collect information. Through investigation and analysis, the present situation of emergencies is clear in secondary vocational school. Security incidents occur frequently. And school propaganda and response system is in place. But the ability of students’ self response is weak. Besides, information communication is poor and hidden dangers in school safety facilities exist, etc. Through investigation and analysis, the main factors are society,school, family and individual which affect the emergencies of secondary vocational school. Negative thoughts and network culture affect the life style and the emergencies of secondary vocational school seriously. The school management system is not put into practice. Many people are lack of crisis awareness. The lack of moral education and poor school surroundings make campus emergencies occur more frequently.Finally, according to the in-depth analysis on the reasons of emergencies and combining with some specific cases, the author proposes preventive strategies for vocational campus emergencies from three aspects which are system construction,education management and the action plan. First, secondary vocational school should improve the system construction and the establishment of rapid response system. At the same time, the school should perfect the rules and disciplines to regulate students’ behavior. Second, the school should improve the education management system and the awareness of crisis. Third, the school should enhance the teachers’ and students’ response abilities on campus emergencies to prevent campus emergencies from happening. It has important theoretical and practical significance for maintaining the normal education and teaching order, promoting the healthy growth of students and maintaining social stability.
