Research On The Cultivation Of Undergraduate Students In Primary School Education

With intense competition in modern society, undergraduates in primary education are facing the difficult employment situation. Graduates deeply feel that knowledge learnt in the university is too much different from practice and the university talent training model does not really correspond with current primary education. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the study on talent training of newly-founded university undergraduates in primary education. Through information checking, literature reading and interviews, this article has analysed that it has certain problems in talent training of newly-founded university undergraduates in primary education: such as unclear object orientation of talent training, all subjects training or limited subjects training, teacher education or subject education, etc. Based on different perspectives on quality structure that current primary teachers should have and job requirements of primary teachers in different regions, this article has taken further consideration and discussion on the plan of talent training of newly-founded university undergraduates in primary education; meanwhile, it has presented some point of views and suggestions for newly-founded university undergraduates in primary education through deep interviews on primary school leaders and top undergraduate teachers.
