Since the1990 s, China have had a great leap in its. In the process of promoting internationalization of higher education, the number of foreign students who come to China seems to boom in recent years, bringing in new opportunities and unprecedented challenges to Chinese colleges and universities, which improve teaching quality of foreign students.efficient teaching quality control helps to resolve the discrepancy between the quantity expansion of college foreign students, strengthen its market competitiveness, enhance universities’ running efficiency, widen open policies and accelerate the scientification, modernization and standardization of education management.These benefits will help raise China’s international prestige and promote international cultural exchanges.The teaching quality management of the foreign students in China’s colleges is still in the phase of traditional experience management mode, which ignores the student’s individualized development and comprehensive qualities cultivation. College staff has low anticipation in teaching quality management of foreign students. Quality monitoring, assessment and evaluation methodology lacks scientific assistance. Teaching quality management means and method are still behind international standards. Education management team competency need to be elevated. All these substantive problems need a way out.At present, foreign undergraduate students accounted for 70.8% of total academic students in China, the aim of this study is to research and analysis teaching quality management system of foreign undergraduate students in China. First of all, on the basis of collecting the data, to clarify the related concepts, understand the dynamics of the relate theories, and analyze the American, British education quality assurance as well as current situation of teaching quality management of foreign students in China. Secondly, based on the description of the connotation and characteristics of teaching quality management of foreign undergraduate students, from the main internal restricted factors which affecting teaching quality of foreign undergraduate students, by using the method of questionnaire investigation, from nine aspects: the philosophy of schooling, major setup, contingent of teachers, student management practice teaching, teaching management, teaching conditions, and school atmosphere to design questionnaire, inaddition, considering the 32 factors that influence the quality of teaching, study of teaching quality management of foreign undergraduate students in NZY by empirical investigation and statistical analysis, found the main problems existing in the management of teaching quality, and carry out correlation analysis. Finally, refer to the total quality management, system theory and the viewpoint and methods of cross-cultural management, to explore and improve the idea of the quality management system of foreign undergraduate students, put forward to seven principles:put quality first, based on foreign students, continuous quality improvement, overall optimization, prevention first, pay equal attention to quality and performance, to improve the quality management system of foreign undergraduate students, implement sound scientific evaluation mechanism, control the quality of students, based on their aptitude to revise teaching plan, promote teachers and students to take joint participate in management, establish a standardized teaching management system, and develop the process design to build and perfect quality management system of foreign undergraduate students.The innovation of this research is focused on the application of quality management theory. Theory, model and method of modern quality management need to be introduced and referenced. Instead of mechanically and transplantation of enterprise quality management practices, a combination of undergraduate students teaching practice system and the creative application of undergraduate students are encouraged. This research is based on the teaching quality management system subjected to the undergraduate foreign students, to seek scientifically efficient teaching quality management system which are accord with the teaching principle and suitable for undergraduate foreign students. The proposed workflow design of quality management system subjected to undergraduate students has a certain level of practicability and operability.
