In this paper, through the comprehensive use of a variety of ways and means,the author did research in the system of teaching quality for applicative undergraduate education in our country in the method of quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis to find three key reform variables in this system, which are professional settings, teachers and evaluation mechanisms of quality. Through the research in them, this paper presents the system of teaching quality for multiple interactive development.The problem to be resolved in this paper is how to determine the emphases of reform in the system of teaching quality for applicative undergraduate education in our country. Therefore, through questionnaire surveys and interviews with experts, this paper did research in the elements in the current system of teaching quality in our country to find the problem. Meantime,the paper must determine what are the key elements, because the elements which both are the problems and the key variables are the key of reform, which are professional settings, teachers and evaluation mechanisms of quality. The deep research in the three key variables is followed.On professional settings, on the basis of research in the current development of professional settings in the system of teaching quality for applicative undergraduate education, the paper put forward the optimization of professional settings—interactive development. At last, the paper pointed out the advantages of interactive development of professional settings in applicative undergraduate education.On teachers, the paper analyzed the current situation of teachers for applicative undergraduate education through the Special requirements for teachers of applicative undergraduate education, on which basis, the paper pointed out the constructive ideas of teachers for applicative undergraduate education and Training approach of "Double Type" teachers. On evaluation mechanisms of quality, the paper did a fuzzy evaluation in the use of AHP, and pointed to build the model of evaluation mechanisms of quality for building the system of teaching quality for multiple interactive development.The study of this paper has practical value for reference and can be the added theory for he school-related decision-making and implementation, as well as other researchers in studies related.
