Music teaching has an indispensable role in primary and secondary education,while junior high school music teaching in middle school music teaching is an important material support. Now he has said many music teachers discuss students like music but do not like the music class, I think this is caused by many, including music teaching also holds a big factor. Music teaching as a medium it is essential, but this does not make good use of the media, or if it itself does not play a role, then the value and significance of this medium is present it is worth pondering and reflection.Many times when music textbooks have become a form of media and carriers, only in a specific time will think of it, for example, specific requirements must be content with this unit will be used, usually a lot of time and did not play music teaching It should play the role and value, and often are abandoned on the side of no use. But it can not be completely attributed to textbooks, teachers very often neglected in many textbook desirable essence. I think it is through such a comparison to tell the majority of music teachers, music textbooks still worth mining content.This article tries to use literature, questionnaire, examples of comparative research methods to People’s Education Press and Hunan Literature and Art Publishing House "Compulsory textbooks-Music" as the main object of study, by comparison of the two versions and research, analyzes thinking and then two editions for the pros and cons as well as to reflect on the problems, combined with his experience of teaching practice recommendations. I chose these two editions for the area due to the author belongs to Hunan province, but textbooks used in different cities and states in the region is not the same, even in the case of a county have different versions of textbooks, but these materials are not really play their role and unknown. I hope that by studying this topic to allow more teachers and textbooks edited by veteran line of music teaching high enough to cause attention, and also provide some valuable clues as a reference, so that the development of quality education does not just stay in representation, but there is a deeper development.The article is divided into three parts, the first part focuses on the development of music teaching recalled context, the second part, the author selected two versions of a textbook lesson taught the same subject separately summarize the problem and compare results. The third section compares the two versions of textbooks for students and teachers evaluation questionnaire way. The fourth part analysis and reflection based on previous lessons and questionnaires author puts forward its own proposals and ideas.
