ADHD is a kind of common neurobehavioral disorder in school-age children,and it is one of the most common chronic health problems during this period, the prevalence rate of ADHD internationally recognized is up to about 3%-9%.The symptom of ADHD makes serious impact on children’s life,and also increase burden to their families.Poor education and improper attitude caused strained parent-child relationship,and this will lead to worse symptoms. So the intervention of ADHD children’s parent-child relationship is necessary.This paper tries to understand the situation and problems of ADHD children’s parent-child relationship.The study found that less communication between parents and children,more parent-child conflict and the ignorance to children is the main problems in ADHD children’s parent-child relationship.On this basis,to explore the intervention of ADHD children’s parent-child relationship,this study is guided by family systems theory and cognitive behavioral theory.Through the intervention, children with ADHD improve their parent-child relationship, and also provide professional social work service ideas and inspiration for the social workers try to intervene in the ADHD children’s parent-child relationship.
