Student level, the main reason is the lack of class change cognitive concept, to train students not in place; deeply influenced by regional culture, lack of confidence, shame on display; the influence of traditional teaching pattern, used to accept, to the exclusion of inquiry.The fourth chapter:countermeasures and suggestions. Mainly put forward five suggestions. The first:national attention, government led, school responsibility, responsibility to the people.
