The language teaching materials play an important role in Chinese teaching, it is to cultivate and improve students’ understanding and use the motherland language relies on,and it is the material basis for the complete the teaching mission.The junior middle school language teaching material mainly type selection of teaching material, selection is the main component in the language teaching material. Textbooks for students in choosing stationery have important role, it is the student language accumulation, expanding knowledge, develop ability, develop intellectual and ideological education and aesthetic education "mediation". And present teaching material for selection of writing is not good, there are some problems, such as the arrangement of long and short essays in the textbooks lack of timely consideration, selection of selected article no attaches great importance to the students’ cognitive characteristics and hobbies, etc. So, it is necessary to carry out materials selection system of in-depth analysis and research. This article selects the nationwide influential Chinese textbooks for junior middle school and I teach school Hebei junior middle school language teaching material used by a comprehensive comparative study, analysis of two versions from five aspects the advantages and disadvantages of selection system, and the writing of the textbook selection system and put forward constructive Suggestions, in order to textbook editors and teachers better preparation and use of teaching materials.In this paper, the introduction part elaborated the selected topic reason and research significance, and research status of the field to do the concrete analysis, finally put forward the theoretical basis and method of the research. The first chapter mainly elaborated the selection function of language teaching material selection criteria and nearly 30 years, in order to understand from a macro level selected article preparation requirements. The second chapter analyzes the general characteristics of the two versions, for the two versions have a whole understanding of, for the comparative analysis to lay the foundation for the rest of the article. The third chapter makes a comprehensive comparison between two edition teaching material selection system, mainly including the selection of capacity, age and nationality, theme, style, and the writer form five aspects, and analyze the two versions to choose the length of the gain and loss. The fourth chapter is mainly on two version is the reflection of teaching material selection system, based on the previous chapter two edition textbooks reflected the characteristics of the author on the selection of system improvement and teacher puts forward constructive Suggestions for the use of the teaching material. In the epilogue of this paper summarizes the full text, and the shortage of this paper is put forward.
