Education is related to the country’s future、the destiny of the nation and the happiness of everyone. Education is the spiritual foundation of cultural development and social progress. The comprehensive quality of the students is improved in the teaching process. The teaching mission let the students "willing to learn". According to the hierarchical teaching and putting forward the difference principle, individuality and individualized teaching to solve the class collective system between the effective way of contradiction. In order to implement the principle of quality education, development of each student’s potential and advantages and train more talents for the country, stratified teaching method play an important role in teaching at different levels of quality education in the classroom. Stratified teaching method is a new exploration of quality education method, which has important theoretical significance and practical value. Ideal of education is to enable all students to receive appropriate to their education. According to the principle of hierarchical differences made teaching is an effective way to solve the contradiction between individuality and individualized class system of collective.In this paper, Qian’an City second senior middle school as the experimental school for the study of teaching practice, high school chemistry class teaching practice as the research object. Combined with the characteristics of high school chemistry teaching, the analysis of the theoretical basis of the relevant stratified teaching. Discussion practice of the specific implementation steps stratified teaching, and to prove the effectiveness of teaching layered tiered teaching experiment. In teaching practice, the author also stratified two-year teaching practice. Through two parallel experiments for teaching the students two semesters, two classes of students before and after the experimental chemical results, experimental class of chemicals found in scores was significantly higher than the control classes, two classes of chemical significant differences in the performance. “Stratified teaching method” has a very strong scientific feasibility. For talented students, the “stratified teaching method” is an effective way to improve chemistry teaching achievements. Stratified teaching method practice, can solve high school degree in the teaching process is uneven conflict so that students are able to give full play to the ability to make high school chemistry teaching. The author’s teaching practice is proved to be the person teaching.
