To promote the integration of information technology and education is the task the "Ten years of educational information development plan (2011-2020)" emphasized that needs to be completed in the future, and it is also the requirement of the education reform in the new time. Assessment, giving feedback to teaching and learning,is a necessary Component of education. The combination of learning assessment and mobile Internet technology would be a useful exploration. This study is to separate the daily learning assessment from the common teaching and learning, presented as a relatively independent system.Based on relevant theories and excellent domestic assessment models, the study sums up a practicalmodelof online learning assessmentframework.Combined this frameworkwithmobile Internet technology and game design methods, the study finally designs an online gamification learning assessment tool.Thesystemconsists of formative and summative assessment,self-assessment and assessment from others,Individual and group assessment, qualitative and quantitative assessment to replace traditional paper-based materials record to form the "off-line learning activity, online assessment" circle. The system uses game design methods, which focuses on human nature, develop students’interest in improving motivation in the process ofassessment.Reviewing and combing the theoretical basis and development of current situation of gamification online learning assessment, this paper uses the software engineering design method to complete the system design, development and testing. Finally this study summarizes the insufficiency of this system via user experience feedback.
