In recent years, our country’s adolescent health levels dropped, this problem caused the wide attention of the society. Country also carried out the "healthy personality","health promotion""khalid ents" and other projects. When planning the implementation of khalid tree project, The ministry of education also put forward to plan as a whole sports, art, language, history and moral character in the aspect of comprehensive education of fusion. We should cling to this opportunity, put the school sports into overall education reform and development. In addition, the new round curriculum reform make "health first" as the guiding ideology of PE and health course. Thus it can be seen the serious of adolescent physical and mental health problems and the attention of our country. This paper introduces positive psychology thought into school sports teaching, select168young students as the subject. Through the teaching experiment,fully explore actively sports education to culture the students’ positive psychological quality effect from the theory and practice level. So it has a strong practical significance. The results showed that:(1) The psychological indicators of teenagers in our country are in the medium or better level.(2)Positive physical education to develop positive mental quality of the youth have a significant impact, mainly displays in the aspect of creativity, thinking and observation, friendly, cooperative skills and so on.(3) Positive physical education has a positive impact to student’s exercise induced emotions. Mainly reflected on the dimension of physiological fatigue, this shows that the fatigue resistance ability of students has improved.(4) Positive physical education for students of the external environment impact on confidence has positive effect, mainly displays in the dimension of social support, environmental comfort and teacher leadership.(5) Positive physical education can make students’subjective well-being level increase, mainly displays in the aspect of friendship satisfaction and school satisfaction.(6) Positive physical education to students’influence has gender differences, girls are more easily affected by new education pattern.
