Health is the inevitable requirement for promoting the comprehensive development of people. Adolescent is the future and hope of the country, as a result, the health of adolescent affects the country’s development in a deep extent. Therefore, our country carried out the Healthy Personality projects to promote the adolescent’s health. National long-term education development program proposed:Establish the idea of health first firmly, Strengthen the development of physical and mental health. In the influence of the national program, the new reform took the "Health First" as the guiding ideology of PE and health course, "Sports Participation","Mental Health&Social Adjustment" are the goals of the new course as well. In addition, positive psychology is the new direction of psychology which affects many fields of study, so positive education become the emphasis of the field of educational study. Using positive education teachers can achieve various goals of the educational field. Many people working for the PE program also discussed the shortage of traditional methods of PE, they took the essence of positive psychology and positive education, and pushed school sports into the development of educational reform.This paper introduces positive psychology used in physical education of teaching. The author selected 163 high school girls as the subjects. The students were divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group. The control group using traditional methods of physical education in teaching. The experimental group took educational teaching experiment by using active approach of teaching physical. The author managed to discuss the influence of positive physical teaching methods on high school girls in theoretical and practical levels. The results showed that:(1) The psychological indicators of subjects do not exist significant differences before the experiment, we can see changes after the experiment.(2)Positive physical education on developing positive mental quality of the high school girls have a significant impact, mainly displays in the aspect of emotional and interpersonal aspects.(3) Positive physical education has a positive impact on high school girls’emotion induced by exercises, mainly in the dimensions of physical&mental calm and self-related emotional.(4) Positive physical education has a positive impact on the improvement of Subjective Well-being of high school girls, can make students’ subjective well-being level increase, helping students strengthen their understanding of the body.(5)Positive Mental quality bought up by positive physical education, emotion and Subjective Well-being have significant positive correlations among them.(6) Though positive physical education increased the metal quality of high school girls in short term,it has no effect on physical fitness test results.
