On The Role Formation Of School-leveled Student Cadre In Primary School

In primary school, the young pioneers organization is the important basis of students to carry out daily life. With three-leveled linkage system, standardized ceremony, autonomy activities,self education,the young pioneers organization provides students with a space full of improvement and development in a purposeful and planned way.Becoming a student cadre is a special role experience personally,which is a choice to experience life in group and realise self development.Focusing on the role formation of school-leveled student cadre, this paper is comprised of following four parts:Part one is an introduction. It introduces the background of the research about the importance of school-leveled student cadre and young pioneers education, a review on class cadre and university student cadre, the concepts about the role,role cluster,role formation,and the research questions, methods and writing thoughts.Part two focus on the role cluster of school-leveled student cadre,comprised of composite roles and relative roles.As to personal growth,the child in the family,the student in school,the young pioneer in organization,the student cadre in all-leveled student organizations,school-leveled student cadre,these roles are composite.Disscussing the difference between the student cadres and students,adult cadres and student cadres,this paper confirms the value of the young pioneer captain, and further analyzes the relative roles, including counselors, teachers, other teachers, students and other student cadres, parents and so on.The third part reflects the peculiarity of role formation by analyzing four characteristics of procedural,innovation,development,generative.In a linear thinking,the paper investigates role expectation, role cognition and strive for role, role behavior in integral and dynamic way,and reflects on the role conflict.Then,exploring the relations between role play and role formation, role consciousness and self-consciousness,is to deepen the understanding of the role formation of young pioneers captain.The fourth part,the paper analyzes the value from three aspects:the comprehensive ability, personality, value orientation.Based on rethinking the problems from the counselor teachers and parents,the paper from four aspects:enhancing the education quality of organization, forming the education wisdom of counselor,realizing the developmet of parents,intensifying research consciousness,to promote the value realization of the young poineer captain.
