Research On Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Of Shanghai University Science Park

With more than 20 years development of university science park in our country,There is more and more theory of university science park, operation mode and evaluation system of research work. University science park gradually become the base of technology innovation of institutions of higher learning in Shanghai, a high and new technology enterprise incubation base, innovation, entrepreneurial talent aggregation and breeding base and high and new technology industry radiation catalyzed base. At the same time, xi general secretary of the Shanghai investigation in a row, clearly put forward the construction of Shanghai science and technology innovation center that has the world influence in May, 2014 and shows fully convincingly that Shanghai has has the advantage to domestic innovation highlands and lead the competitiveness of science and technology development in our country. In this context, the development of university science park depend on further grasp its features, setting up perfect and science at the university of science and technology park comprehensive performance evaluation index system.This paper firstly combed the university science park of relevant research results at home and abroad, including the concept, the future development trend, function orientation and the performance evaluation research. Then this paper sums up the performance evaluation of university science park at home and abroad relevant experience,defines the basic connotation of university science park, compares the difference between the university science park and science park. Secondly, this paper introduces the development of the national university science park and the overall development present situation, and then analyzes its national university science park development situation of Shanghai, through the comparative analysis with the national university science park in Beijing, it concluded that in the world under the influence of science and technology innovation center in Shanghai domestic problems existing in the development of university science park. Thirdly, Based on the performance evaluation of university science park as the research object, standing in the enterprise, government, university science park andmultiple perspectives on colleges and universities and using the theory of stakeholders under the guidance of the target, to study the function and developing trend of the current university science park research, so as to function changes and development trend to discuss the construction of the university science park of Shanghai comprehensive performance. At the same time, from the perspective of university of science and technology park enterprise design for the overall service satisfaction assessment, so that the comprehensive strength of the comprehensive evaluation of park, and mainly by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method for comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the performance evaluation of university science park in Shanghai through the empirical research, based on the multiple perspective of university science park, from the government, the park, more levels of university and enterprise to set out the countermeasures to improve the development of university science park.
