At present, in the process of economic transformation in China, the demand for skilled personnel in various enterprises is unprecedented, even in some areas of labor shortage. And vocational school as a technical personnel training base, the first time to graduate students' employment rate is high and low stability of the status quo is increasingly evident. Why in the demand of huge, the employment quality of secondary vocational school graduates is low, this is whether or not to have a corresponding relationship with the level of vocational maturity, professional commitment and the level of. Referring to the recent employment situation of the secondary vocational graduates and the vocational education of our country, hopefully this study may find the characteristics of career maturity, professional commitment and employment anxiety of the students, and analysis the above three relation. The analysis object is the 400 would-be graduate students in Fujian secondary vocational school. This research takes the tools as College Students Occupation Maturity Scale, compiled by Sun Zhongshan; Professional College Students Commitment Scale by Professor Lian in Fujian Normal University and Employment Anxiety Scale by Zhang Xiaoqin of the Jiangsu University. The status is analyzed by SPSS 17.0, and draw conclusions as followings:(1) The overall level of Vocational Students' vocational maturity is not high, there are gender, students and subject differences. The information application ability, professional cognition level and self cognition level and vocational attitude level of boys were higher than those of female students. The students' self cognition level, professional attitude and condition assessment ability of students in the countryside were higher than those of the students.(2)The overall level of professional commitment is not high, there are significant differences in gender and discipline. Girls on the professional commitment continue to be significantly higher than the boys. Students majoring in nursing the ideal commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment scores to was significantly higher than that of mechanical professional, preschool education class professional and agriculture related majors; students majoring in accounting of normative commitment is higher than that of the students majoring in preschool education, students majoring in accounting to commitment score is higher than that of the mechanical engineering and agricultural class students.(3) There is a significant difference in gender, source of land and subject, in the overall level of Vocational Students' employment anxiety. Girls employment level of fear, employment insecurity level, job anxiety and interview anxiety level should be higher than boys; rural students employment level of fear, anxiety and interview anxiety level were significantly higher than urban students; students majoring in accounting professional and early childhood education employment level of fear, job insecurity level, job anxiety and interview anxiety level should be higher than the mechanical professional, nursing professional and agricultural class students.(4) There is significant positive correlation between the level of vocational maturity, professional commitment and job anxiety, professional maturity and professional commitment, information application, professional cognition, self cognition, personal adjustment, value concept, condition assessment, personal adjustment, personal adjustment and conditional evaluation factors are significant positive correlation with the ideal commitment factors;There is no significant negative correlation between the degree of career maturity and career anxiety, among other factors, there is a significant negative correlation between the factors of career choice and Employment anxiety, values, career choice and condition assessment;Professional commitment between different dimensions and dimensions and job anxiety, emotional commitment and fear of employment, job insecurity and interview anxiety factors exist significant negative correlation; there was significant negative correlation between standard bearing and employment fear and anxiety and other factors; ideal commitment factors and fear of employment, job insecurity and job insecurity factors exist significant negative correlation; continue to commitment and job insecurity, job insecurity and interview anxiety factors exist significant negative correlation.(5) In the forecast of Employment anxiety, the information application, the value idea, the self cognition, the attitude, the condition assessment, the affective commitment and ideal commitment have direct or indirect effects on the Employment anxiety.The vocational school students' Employment anxiety state is highly related to their professional maturity and professional commitment. According to the results of this research, vocational colleges should pay more attention to practical career guidance, pay attention to the vocational career planning, pay more attention to the professional construction, strengthen the professional development, improve the vocational maturity and professional commitment level, and pay attention to psychological counseling.
