Students with learning difficulties is a hot issue of present school education, asa sub-problem of the problem of students w ith learningdifficulties, mathematics poor student problem is increasingly attracting the attention of mathematicseducators.Mathematics learning permeates the cultivation of students’ thinking ability, the quality of students in math-ability affecting the learning of some related subjects. Senior 1 is a critical period of learning high schoolmathem atics, the quality of students in math-ability largely determines students’ future mathematics learning direction. Therefore, studied on the senior 1 students with learningdifficultiesin mathematics, and proposed the corresponding tr ansformation strategiesto achieve the overall development of students is a very urgent and significant topic.Based on Weiner’s attribution theory a nd Bloom’s mastery learning theory, the author adopted questionnaires, interviews and case study to conduct a survey among the senior 1students and teachers. W ith the as sistance ofstatistics and SPS S software to analyze the results, through the comparison of the selected sa mples of superior and inferior students of mathematics,it can be concluded that poormathematics basis, lack of study interest, unscientific learning methods, poor will pow er, improper achievements attribution should be responsible for senior 1 students with learning dif ficulties. Based on the above analysis, the author proposed strategies for transformation.Firstly, students should find out the learn ing methods which are fit for themselves;face the examination results and conduct proper self-attribution; Secondly, teacher edition im provement countermeasures:(1)strengthen the cohesion ofmathematics knowledge between middle and high school;(2)stimulate and cultivate the interest of students’ mathematics study;(3) apply the teaching method of teaching at different level, and carry out individual counseling;(4) strengthenthe instructionof learning m ethod, cultivate the ability of independent study;(5)build their willpower; Thirdly, families and schools:(1) parents should teach by personal exam ples as well as verbal instructions and create a harmonious, motivated family atmosphere;(2) pay attention to the education of children, always with confidence; school should to bu ild micro-channel platform to strengthen thecontacthome-school partnership. Finally, the author combines the above teach ing strategy, selects two typical st udents with learning difficulties to make an educational interventionthrough the case study and so on.
