This paper is based on the current status of junior high school extracurricular reading questionnaire surveys of Students’Extracurricular Reading firsthand, through the questionnaire recovery analysis teaching reading problems exist, such as neglected, guidance is more than management, combined junior high school and junior high school Chinese textbooks today curiosity and strong features make corresponding management strategy. For domestic management studies teaching reading less, this article is intended to explore management strategies and effective teaching reading in order to stimulate students to extracurricular reading keen interest, while enabling students to improve curricular reading, writing level. The paper is organized as follows:Part Ⅰ:Introduction. Introduces the research background; questionnaire survey and individual interviews and literature study to combine an attempt to explore the junior high school language extracurricular reading situation and existing problems; respectively in language teaching management, classroom management and teaching management extracurricular reading Review, management direction found in teaching reading monographs, journals, papers, relatively few.Part Ⅱ:For the administration, management and language teaching management and other related concepts were reviewed and defined, in order to lay the theoretical foundation of the paper, ensure the follow-up study rational to follow.Part Ⅲ:junior high school extracurricular reading of the current status investigation and analysis, the use of questionnaires and interviews contemplation of Yangshan high school students and teachers survey reflect the real situation of junior high school extracurricular reading, according to the actual situation analysis of cause of the problem, provide the basis for later proposed strategy.Part Ⅳ:proposed management strategy junior high school language teaching reading, discussed from three aspects:1. create a good reading environment. To make good reading environment, the paper put forward three policy recommendations:Select a phased valuable reading material; hierarchical construction class book corner; Sub-Group regularly arranged reading tasks.2. Design a variety of reading:reading encountered during a wonderful segment excerpt down and write a paragraph of text to evaluate; for some typical beautiful text segment parodies practice.3. Build an effective evaluation mechanisms. This part of the process of applying the main emphasis on the evaluation of students’ extracurricular reading way to evaluate, such as reading to carry out exchange activities; appropriate to introduce competition mechanism and conduct various types of reading, recitation, recitation competitions; as well as the production of a student extracurricular reading achievement Archives bags and other ways to build evaluation mechanisms.Part Ⅴ:The conclusions of the full text.It pointed out that the ultimate goal is to improve management of extracurricular reading students’ language skills.
