With the coming of the popularization of higher education in our country, how to promote the development of higher education on the basis of ensuring the training of talents has become an inevitable problem in Colleges and universities. Personnel training, scientific research and social service as the three basic functions of the colleges and universities, is realized by means of discipline construction and specialty construction, discipline construction level is a level of running a school logo, and professional development level determines the level of the overall level of a university and talent training quality meets certain standards. Discipline is the basis of professional, specialized is the specific forms of discipline, the discipline of a high starting point is to improve the undergraduate teaching quality security of, at the same time, it can improve the quality of personnel training important foundation, only increased emphasis on discipline construction and specialty construction integration, in order to improve the level and the level of running a school. Teaching and research university is between between research universities and universities of Applied of institutions of higher education. This location decide the functions of scientific research, and must also take into account the functions of personnel training, and at the present stage, under the management, policy and incentive mechanisms to guide, teaching research university disciplines two skins phenomenon more and more serious, which hinders the construction and development of the University. So how to realize the integration of disciplines to become the problems to be solved at the present stage.This study based on the current situation of the development of disciplines, to promote the teaching and research university subject construction of professional integration as the starting point, through the questionnaire survey method, find out the problems existing in the integration of disciplines and put forward on the basis of the construction, to explore the teaching and research university subject construction of professional integration path. The main contents of this research are embodied in the following five parts:The first part is the introduction. This part mainly explains the reason and purpose of the topic, the research content and the solution, the literature summary and the research significance, as well as the research method and the mentality. In the literature review, this paper focus on the relationship between the subject construction and specialty construction, integration of disciplines in question, integration of disciplines countermeasures and about the integration of disciplines research methods such as, clear the theoretical value and practical significance of this study.The second part, the related concepts of discipline construction in universities and colleges. This part mainly focuses on the relevant concepts of the relevant disciplines, including the overview of the subject, the outline of the professional construction and the elucidation of the relationship between the two.The third part is to clarify the basis of the integration of the subject, including the policy basis, theoretical basis and practical basis of the construction of the integration of the discipline. Policy is based on that at the macro level, discipline and specialty construction is facing the external environment; theoretical basis is put forward collaborative construction possible on the level of theory; the practical basis is from the current situation and foreign university experience and explore the development.The fourth part, through the questionnaire survey, to explore the subject of the integration of the construction of the problem, and to find the cause of the separation of the two construction of the root causes.The fifth part is to explore the path of the integration of discipline specialty. In this part, the paper puts forward the strategy of the integration of construction discipline from the three aspects of system, mechanism and activity.
