However, because of many factors, the teaching of moral education courses is in poor condition currently, the teaching effectiveness is obviously not high, thus it is necessary to study this, so that we can understand and improve the teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools.To better understand the questions of teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools and improve it. This paper analyzes the characteristics and dimensions of analysis of the teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools. Builds the framework of it, then based on this, develops classroom observation tools to observe the class. Firstly, we do observations on moral education in classroom fifteen times, and then presents the results in two aspects including the achieve of target and the process of promoting teaching.
