Moral lessons, As the main channel of moral education in secondary vocational schools, it plays an important role in shaping the individual character of the vocational students. Their teaching effectiveness is directly related to the moral quality of vocational students. However, because of many factors, the teaching of moral education courses is in poor condition currently, the teaching effectiveness is obviously not high, thus it is necessary to study this, so that we can understand and improve the teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools.To better understand the questions of teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools and improve it. This paper analyzes the characteristics and dimensions of analysis of the teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools. Builds the framework of it, then based on this, develops classroom observation tools to observe the class. Re-examine the teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai. This paper includes the following aspects:The first chapter is the introduction,including the research background, summarizing the related research in the domestic and overseas, presenting the research project and defining the core concepts.The second chapter is to establish an effective teaching research framework of moral education courses. Firstly, it analyzes the characteristics of the teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools. Secondly, the dimensions of it. Finally, based on this, builds the framework of the teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools.The third chapter is to study the classroom teaching effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai. Firstly, we do observations on moral education in classroom fifteen times, and then presents the results in two aspects including the achieve of target and the process of promoting teaching. Based on this, the research results should be analyzed reasonably combing with interviews and after class tests.The forth chapter is to analyze the questions,causes of teaching effectiveness of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools. Firstly, to classify the questions. Secondly, to analyze the causes.The fifth chapter is to analyze the advice based on the discussion above. From five perspectives of objectives, contents, implementation, evaluation and resource, we can discuss the concrete advice to promote the effectiveness.The sixth chapter is the reflection and prospect. To sum up the work that has already been done, we will have a clear direction to begin the future work.
