Moral lessons, as students in secondary vocational schools will each be a compulsory basic course, the main channel of moral education in schools, but also the main elements of the implementation of quality education. Moral teaching effectiveness is directly related to the quality of personnel training. However, due to a variety of factors, secondary vocational schools, the status quo is worrying moral teaching, teaching effectiveness is clearly insufficient. To this end, I used literature study, questionnaires, interviews and other methods, from the classroom perspective on the current moral education in secondary vocational schools, the teaching effectiveness of the problem made more comprehensive and in-depth investigation and analysis; analyzes the impact of moral education in secondary vocational school Teaching effectiveness of the factors put forward to improve moral education in secondary vocational school teaching effectiveness of coping strategies.This article mainly divides into five parts.The first part of the moral education in secondary vocational schools, an overview of the effectiveness of content.The second part of moral education in secondary vocational schools to improve the effectiveness of the necessity for analysis. Think that this is to promote the healthy development of students in secondary vocational needs; is to achieve the aims of education needs; but also with the requirements of the current analysis of the new curriculum reform to raise the effectiveness of the need for moral education.The third part is teaching moral education in secondary vocational school Major Problems and Cause Analysis. Survey analysis of the first grade teaching moral education in schools the main problems, mainly from the student's weariness emotional, moral education teachers, teaching attitudes, teacher-student interaction, as well as ways and means of teaching and other aspects of the analysis shows. Second, is the moral teaching in secondary vocational schools, the reasons for problems in the analysis, from the teachers holding a teaching philosophy, teaching methods and means of using two pairs of constraints in secondary vocational school of the reasons for the effectiveness of moral education are discussed.The fourth part of moral education in secondary vocational schools, teaching the basic principles to be followed. From the moral teaching of the subject should follow the principle of practical principles, innovative principles and theory with practice and principles of moral education in schools to raise the level of teaching effectiveness are discussed.The fifth part is in the enhancement the duty school moral education class effective countermeasure.From improves the moral education teacher's quality; The renewal moral education idea, sets up the correct teaching view; The optimized teaching process, pays great attention to the teachers and students to interact; Transformation study way, reform moral education class teaching way, enhancement practical teaching; Using emotion education; Uses the modernized teaching method; How in the reform the duty moral education class teaching appraisal system and so on did eight aspects to enhance the duty school moral education class effectiveness to carry on the elaboration.
