MOOC (Massive Open Online Course,) which is a large-scale online open courses, since 2008 has been the rise of the international education sector has had a huge impact. In 2013 MOOC to spread to in China has two years of time, many domestic first-class universities MOOC teaching for a variety of attempts, trying to boost the quality of education in Colleges and universities to enhance participation in education and teaching in Colleges and universities to as MOOC, which is a new mode of education. MOOC, which is a new mode of education and teaching intervention, changing the higher education of traditional teaching mode and also of higher education itself produced many effects, reflected in the construction of teaching resources, teaching methods change the subjects of teaching, the roles of many aspects. The author tries to coursera platform as an example from the MOOC status and problems in China’s development of proposed MOOC to solve the positive influence for a long time, the traditional higher education problems and proposed MOOC with higher education is a new teaching mode, the combined with domestic colleges and universities in the process of education and teaching, and according to the above analysis and study for colleges and universities to use MOOC, MOOC development put forward reasonable suggestions.This article is divided into 6 chapters. Among them, the first chapter is the introduction, focuses on the description of the problem, purpose and significance of the research, the definition of the relevant literature review, relevant concepts and research methods; the second chapter is the theoretical part, focuses on the description of the MOOC for the influence of higher education and development strategy research theory foundation, elaborated the MOOC of humanism teaching the theory and constructivist learning theory embodied; the third chapter is the present situation analysis, through the relevant literature and on-the-spot investigation, elaborated the MOOC in the world and domestic development situation, according to the current situation in the development of the proposed MOOC problem arising in the process; the fourth chapter is to study the influence and solve the practical problems of higher education from the perspective of MOOC MOOC the impact of higher education; the fifth chapter puts forward the MOOC with higher education combining the new education mode-"integrated mode", based on the combination of " Mode of "interpreted as a MOOC and higher education development provides a feasible way; chapter six is using MOOC, MOOC recommendations, in the sharing of network information construction in Colleges and universities, teacher team construction, teaching resources of colleges and universities to provide suggestions and measures for promoting the MOOC and China’s higher education development; Each chapter as a connecting link between the preceding and the following, complementary, especially "combined with the proposed model provide a guide for the reform of higher education in our country.
