Academic evaluation has a guiding role in teaching. The consistency of academic evaluation and Course Standard reflect the consistency of teaching and Course Standard. The senior middle school entrance examination is the final exam of nine-year compulsory education, is an important approach to evaluate the students learning objectives, and it is also a baton of the junior middle school teaching. The purpose of the academic evaluation is reflecting the level which students achieve in subjects learning with comprehensive, scientifically and correctly. The result of examination not only is an important basis to measure the students’ academic level, but also an important basis for high school enrollment and it is a significant basis to instruct the teacher’s teaching.In 2011, the Mathematics Curriculum Standards on Compulsory Education was issued, which is paid more attention to cultivate students’ ability and quality. After that,great changes have changed in junior high school students academic examination papers. In order to identify whether the senior middle school entrance examination of Yantai is match with the curriculum standards. Firstly, according to the pyramid curriculum standard content classification system of Webb consistency analysis model,classified the contents of mathematics curriculum standard into three levels, including study areas, subjects and specific goals. Secondly, encoding for each specific goal, and established a data base for the curriculum standard of teaching goals. Then, chosen the senior middle school entrance examination papers of Yantai from 2013-2015, encoding for each question, established the data base for the senior middle school entrance examination papers. Lastly, the consistency analysis between the senior middle school entrance examination papers of Yantai and Course Standard was carried from four aspects, including the type of knowledge, depth of knowledge, breadth of knowledge and the balance of knowledge distribution. After the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained.From the analysis of these three years’ examination papers, the consistency between the senior middle school entrance examination papers of Yantai and Course Standard performs better in the terms of the type of knowledge, depth of knowledge,and the balance of knowledge distribution. But has poor consistency in the term ofbreadth of knowledge, in seven learning fields, the level of these three years’ consistency in the term of breadth vary from 20 to 40, and it’s can’t be accepted. Three years’ senior middle school entrance examination papers of Yantai primarily focus on the field of equations and inequalities, but the Graphics and coordinates are seldom involved. From high to low, the acceptable level of the consistency of the examinations is equations and inequalities, number and form, function, graph, statistics and probability, the character of graph, graph and coordinate respectively.In the section of conclusion and suggestion, we point out that there are many content evaluation standards in the curriculum standard of our country. But, there has no evaluation standard of phenotype. Hence, we put forward several suggestions.Multiple-facet evaluation should be utilized when performing academic evaluation,rather than conventional paper examination. In order to change the characteristics of examination, the range of examination should be expanded. And in teaching, the teacher should take curriculum standards for reference, rather than the syllabus of senior middle school entrance examination.
