A Study Of One-Stop-Seivice Teaching Management Of Local Universities And Olleges From The Perspective Of Public Governance

The current teaching management mode of local colleges and universities seems out of date as the rapid development of modern education which calls for innovations and corresponding reforms. This thesis analyzes thoroughly one-stop-service teaching management mode of local colleges universities from the perspective of public governance based on the author's own practice, aiming at providing a feasible teaching management for colleges and universities.Firstly, the thesis describes the reasons why the author chooses this topic and a brief review on studies of this issue both home and abroad is also stated, introduces the innovation point of this article. Secondly, Theories of public governance and definition of one-stop-service, as well as the subordinate relations between them are clarified. Next, with a detailed analysis of the present situations, characteristics and specialties of teaching management of higher education, together with the problems lied in the following aspects, i.e. management concept, management system, management faculty, management methods and means, the author reinforces the necessity and significance of implementing one-stop-service teaching management in local colleges and universities.Part Four is a comprehensive study of one-stop-service teaching management of local colleges and universities. It mainly discusses the constitution, operation form and objectives of one-stop-service teaching management of local colleges and universities by drawing successful implementations in government and some colleges.Lastly, Some solutions to the problems are provided based on thorough analysis of major problems, concept transformation, system security, organization structure and personnel configuration. Meanwhile, a one-stop-service teaching management hall construction model is put forward by the writer for reference. Both of them are of great significance to the studies of one-stop-service teaching management of local universities and colleges theoretically and practically.
