Due to the high-speed implementation of strategies, such as opening policy, Sino-ASEAN free market, develop-the-west strategy, and’one region drives others development’ strategy, Yunnan provinces has changed from the bottom level into the top level. Yunnan’s success relies on opening strategy that focuses on the education to cultivate international human resources. Adult education is regarded as a way to cultivate inheritors of abilities and plays an important role in educating international talents. In recent years, the educational internationalization of Yunnan province has attracted the focus of the government and also achieved huge success. However, the educational internationalisation also faces with some problems in Yunnan, such as limited scales, indistinctive characteristics and unsustainable development, all the challenges have prevented its development. In this new period, how and to what ways Yunnan promotes its international education have become a difficult problem for solving.From the previous literature. Yunnan focuses on the research about University education, middle education and technical education to promote educational internationalisation, but it neglects the importance of adult education which has a big effect on international talents foster. This article focuses on the topic of internalisation of Yunnan adult education which faces to Southeast Asia. This topic keeps pace of times and has theoretic and practical meanings.There are three creative points for this essay, firstly, it stresses on the difficulty, problems and solutions of internationalisation in Yunnan province, and helps Yunnan to build up a sustainable-development rode. Secondly, this essay aims to provide opening services for adult education to use domestic and international markets and help to cultivate international, modern and local talents. Thirdly, this article focuses on providing a platform for education cooperation.This essay relies on the theory of local development, at the beginning, by using document analysis methods to analyze domestic and international literature, this essay will give the characteristics, definition, developing direction and motivation of educational internationalization. Then, through questionnaires and interviews, I will discuss realistic situations and problems. Finally, according to the results of previous literatures and empirical study, the solution for Southeast education internationalization will be provided in terms of government, educators and creation of policy. The author hopes that these strategies can provide a help for the development of education in Yunnan province.
