Study On The Core Competitiveness Of Internationalization Of Adult Higher Education

Adult education plays a promoting booster of internationalization of higher education in Chinese higher education system,and undertakes the important mission in the internationalization of education in the tide of building strong human resources.That is a important way to cultivate the international,modern and indigenous talents.The author focuses on the analyzing of the factors which cam affecting the core competitiveness of university adult education internationalization,exploring the strategy with innovative and operability has been put forward by the author to improving the internationalization of university adult education.The main theoretical basis of this paper is about internationalization of adult education and core competence.The basic framework of this paper as follows:firstly,the author defines the conception and meaning of internationalization of higher education,adult education and the internationalization of University’s core competence,and then analyses the content and characteristics of adult education internationalization.Based on the above researches,some related theories about core competitiveness of the internationalization of adult education has been expounded by the author;Secondly,analyzing the current situation of internationalization of the adult higher education in domestic universities and analyzing the current situation of internationalization of the adult higher education in Yunnan province by using some survey methods.Thirdly,analyzing the main influencing factors about the core competitiveness of the University,the author determines the evaluation index system of the core competence of colleges,mainly including four dimensions and covering covers three second indexes in every dimension.Using the AHP to determine the weight of each index,and then establishes the fuzzy evaluation model,taking Yunnan University as a case study for empirical research on the model.According to the analysis results of the model,the author puts forward some suggestion relying on the core competitiveness of universities in promoting adult education internationalization:first is the discipline competitiveness level;second is the scientific research competitiveness level;third is three personnel training level;fourth is the level of the competitiveness resources.The author hopes that by analyzing the affecting factors of core competitiveness of colleges,that can making some suggestions for improving the core competitiveness of Chinese universities to promote the internationalization of adult education.
