In recent years,Flipped Classroom teaching model has caused a great sensation around the world and Chinese schools are also trying to adopt it as well. This thesis uses the research methods of observation, questionnaire investigation,interview,literature data method and case study to understand the applicability of Flipped Classroom in Chinese course in high schools.The first part combines the existence of Khan Academy,Moocs and Micro-Lecture to understand the concept of Flipped Classroom and analyzes the characteristics of Flipped Classroom and its significance to Chinese course in high schools. The Second part reveals the problems of applicability of Flipped Classroom in Chinese course in high schools,which is carried out from three aspects:teachers,students and micro-video. The Third part analyzes why Flipped Classroom can hardly be effective in Chinese course in our domestic high schools from the following three perspectives: the school and family environment,the relationships between micro-video and Chinese course and the failure of flipping students’ role. Finally,suggestions are put forward to the application of Flipped Classroom in Chinese course in high schools: acting according to school’s capability,suiting measures to different conditions in terms of locality,time,issue and people concerned and adopting different methods according to the class types.
