Research On The Cultivation Of Students' Innovation Ability In Higher Vocational Colleges

The current international competition will mainly embodied in the innovation talented person's competition,higher vocational colleges as an important institution of cultivating senior applied talents,shoulders on the responsibility of appropriate technology innovative talent training,vocational students' innovation ability,the application has a close relationship with technology innovation level,therefore,to explore and establish conforms to China's national conditions and characteristics of innovation ability training system in higher vocational colleges,students' professional ability and innovation ability training,comprehensively promote quality education is very necessary.Cultivating the innovation ability of students in vocational colleges can enrich students' innovation experience,improve their entrepreneurial and employment ability,improve the quality of talents,serve social development,realize the interactive development of production,learning,research and application,and improve the quality of running schools.Research guided by the marxist philosophy,in the process of the integrated use of pedagogy,psychology and brain science,innovation science,thinking science and other scientific theory,draw lessons from the related research results,many scholars in higher vocational college students' innovation ability put forward their preliminary understanding,from the innovation consciousness,innovation thinking,innovation knowledge,innovation based on practice,such as dimension,through the questionnaire survey,understand the current higher vocational college students' innovative ability training has many problems,such as higher vocational college students' innovative policies to guide,curriculum innovation is unreasonable,innovation quality under the guidance of teachers to ascend,hand in the process of innovation practice ability is bad,Less participation in innovation competition,enterprise practice and training opportunities.The reasons are as follows: from the perspective of the government,insufficient implementation of innovation policies affects students' entrepreneurial intention and insufficient financial support for innovation in vocational colleges.From the perspective of school,the traditional education concept is restricted,the innovation atmosphere construction is insufficient,the level of teachers' innovation is uneven,the practice link is relatively weak,and the education evaluation system is unreasonable.From the perspective of students,the knowledge structure is unreasonable,the practical ability is poor,the level of social responsibility is different,and the willpower is relatively weak.On the basis of summarizing the problems and causes of students' innovation ability in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the cultivation process of students' innovation ability in higher vocational colleges.Second,the school updates the education concept of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,strengthens the construction of innovative cultural environment in vocational colleges,improves the quality of innovative guidance for teachers in vocational colleges,insists on the connection between vocational colleges and enterprise training,and updates the education evaluation system for students in vocational colleges.Third,improve the knowledge structure of students,encourage students to participate in social practice,strengthen the sense of responsibility education,exercise the quality of strong will of students.
