In recent years,with the apparent increasing influence of vocational education on economic development and social progress,our government attaches more and more attention to vocational education.The Outline of The National Medium-and Longterm Plan for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)proposes to vigorously develop vocational education and implement the talent training mode of schoolenterprise cooperation.Higher vocational education,as an important part of vocational education,bears the mission of cultivating applied talents with high-level of technical skills for economic and social development.School-enterprise cooperation is the basic way of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges,as well as the embodiment of the characteristics of talent training mode of higher vocational colleges.Its advantages can not only improve students’ comprehensive quality,but also improve students’ practical skills and vocational ability.At the same time,school-enterprise cooperation can also complement the advantages of higher vocational colleges and enterprises,build a team of double-qualified teachers,and help higher vocational colleges to achieve the talent training goal of "employment upon graduation and operation upon entry".In terms of connotation,the school-enterprise cooperation mode is based on talent training as the core,realizes the sound development and deep integration of higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and the win-win of the government,schools,enterprises,students and other stakeholders through the system and mechanism design of industry-university cooperation and two-way participation.Due to the differences in school-enterprise cooperation goals,regional economic development environments,and training goals,the specific school-enterprise cooperation models are also different.In practice,higher vocational colleges have explored and formed unique schoolenterprise cooperation models such as order-based,project-driven,and work-study alternation.Although university-enterprise cooperation has become the consensus of higher vocational colleges,due to the inertia of the traditional talent training model,there are still many problems in the practice of the school-enterprise cooperation model of higher vocational education.The specific manifestation is that the school-enterprise cooperation is not deep enough,and the relevant subjects are facing the school.Satisfaction with the effect of enterprise cooperation is low,organizational responsibilities are not clear enough,enterprises are not very active in participating in cooperation,the legal protection of school-enterprise cooperation is not sound enough,and the construction of dual-qualified teachers needs to be strengthened.Though the analysis of the practical experience and problems of the cooperation between school and enterprise in D School,it is proposed to a new model of "integration of work and engineering and integration of school and enterprise" based on the cultivation of students’ practical ability is proposed,and a new construction principle of student development as the basis,mutual benefit between school and enterprise and integration of educational resources is put forward.At the practical level,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the university-enterprise cooperation mode and its guarantee system from four aspects: government,higher vocational colleges,industries and enterprises.At the government level,we should strengthen the policy orientation of school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen supervision and assessment,and build a cooperation platform with multiple participation.Industrial enterprises should formulate professional standards,strengthen the certification and supervision and evaluation of tanning,and strengthen the subjectivity and enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the training of talents in vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should change the concept of school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers,and construct the sharing mechanism of school-enterprise school-running resources.The innovation of schoolenterprise cooperation model aims at cultivating students’ practical ability as the core,using the in-depth cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises to promote higher vocational education and sustainable economic and social development.
