This study takes the example of computer major to research a problem about how to integrate the curriculums with effect in secondary and higher vocational education, so as to perfect curriculum system construction and promote talent training quality of and achieve talents training target of computer major in secondary and higher vocational education, which finally can help to convey qualified computer talents for society. This research also has a certain reference value for other specialized curriculums in secondary and higher vocational education in our country.In line with the questionnaires and interviews of teachers, schools, students, society and enterprises, after summarized and analyzed the collected data, this study discovered that there are many problems in the integration of computer specialized curriculum. The questions are as followed:Insufficient understanding of the importance of curriculum integration in secondary and higher vocational education; The curriculum objectives are not cohesive nor coherent, college graduates can’t reach the foster objectives and requirements in secondary and higher vocational education; The structure of curriculum structure of higher vocational education is not matched with the structure of diverse students; The teaching implementation is difficult to meet the requirements of improving the knowledge and experience of diverse students; There is structural imbalance in the training of talents and so on.To counter the problems above, this study puts forward several principles that effective integration of computer specialized curriculum in secondary and higher vocational education should follow:the principle of integration; the principle of individualized teaching, the employment oriented principle and the principle of serving the regional economy. In addition, this research conceive the four aspects of effective integration, including training objectives, curriculum structure, curriculum content and curriculum implementation.The general thought confirms the unified training goals through the top design and set different course goals on the basis the regional economic characteristics, so/as to determine the curriculum structure and the curriculum categories, adjust the curriculum content, improve the curriculum implementation and build the curriculum system of integrated module in computer major in secondary and higher vocational education. First and foremost, the construction the curriculum system of effective integration should follow these principles:the principle of ability standard, the principle of modular advanced and the dynamic principle. Secondly, The construction of integrated modular curriculum system should include the incorporate curriculum structure, the incorporate curriculum content and incorporate curriculum implementation, in order to realize the effective connection of computer specialized curriculum in secondary and higher vocational education.
