Research On The College-Enterprise Cooperation

Vocational colleges are different from general undergraduate colleges and universities, it mainly focuses on practical students who have pragmatic skills. In order to achieve this goals of talents cultivation, it is necessary to combine the demand of the society,the needs of the enterprise with the teaching process of the college. Only in this way can enable students to maximize the ability to adapt to the social development. College-enterprise cooperation is to make full use of the educational and environmental resources from both two parts, the multilevel and comprehensive cooperation between the vocational colleges and enterprises will help students to combine the theory with practice training. This approach is an effective form of interactive training talents in higher vocational colleges and enterprises. For vocational colleges, the cooperation can cultivate more high-skilled talents, and set up practice base, also the cooperation insure technology and resource sharing. For businesses, university-enterprise cooperation will help the future workers to cultivate professional skills. At the same time, enterprise employees can also go to the vocational college for the training.The cooperation between the vocational college and the enterprise will benefit both parts in the long run. but many problems still need to be solved. For vocational colleges, most of the cooperation are only at a low level. Vocational college are still at the dominant role at the cooperation, colleges will decide the courses setting, teaching plan making. For businesses, the lack of protection of the laws and regulations from government, the lack of the incentive system, all contributing to the lack of the cooperation enthusiasm.This paper analyzes the present situation of college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. Take the JD vocational college as the example; this paper introduces the operating process of four college-enterprise patterns. After questionnaires and the interviews, this paper summarizes the characteristics and advantages of JD vocational college. At last, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the future development of college-enterprise cooperation.
