In recent years,TCFL is developing rapidly. Vocabulary teaching, as the necessary parts in a Chinese class,whose related research has also increased.Among these,the study of the teaching methods is more prominent,appeared on the basis of certain types of vocabulary teaching for researching of the whole Chinese vocabulary teaching methods,such as the study of the color vocabulary teaching, the study of digital vocabulary teaching, etc.including the study of Diet vocabulary. In one of the few relevant diet vocabulary study, the researchers tend to the study of teaching content, namely "teach what", and for less "how to teach" answered this question.In this article,the author put two problems together, and combined with own teaching experience in Thailand,according to the characteristics of the diet vocabulary and learning situation of Thai students whose Chinese level in the primary stage,use the part of the vocabulary in "Boya Chinese in junior starting" as teaching resources and focus on the study about the method of teaching,try to help students to improve the efficiency of vocabulary learning,and develop their own model of Chinese vocabulary learning.This paper has been divided into four chapters mainly. The first chapter is introduction, mainly introduce the selected topic significance of this article, related research status, research ideas and methods of this article and research scope and the object of study. The second chapter is an overview of the research on diet vocabulary teaching mainly, through the induction of the characteristics of the diet vocabulary, as well as to the diet vocabulary and teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the relationship between the Chinese food culture, and points out the the feasibility of the diet vocabulary in Chinese as a foreign language vocabulary teaching.The third chapter is the main part of the article, the author put the students in Kanchanapisek Wittayalai School the first as an object teaching, aiming at these Thai students whose Chinese level in the primary stage, has carried on the special diet vocabulary teaching module design, the design of the teaching method is the main direction, and according to the division of diet vocabulary, lists three types of specific lesson plan design about vocabulary (Nouns, verbs, adjectives). The fourth chapter is the summary of part of the teaching design, referred to the features and deficiency of teaching design, and according to own teaching experience and the research process, put forward some suggestions about the diet vocabulary teaching. Finally for the epilogue part, is a summary of this article research,showing the weakness of this article,and the next research direction is also put forward.
