As China’s national strength increasing, the expansion of international influence, there are more and more people learning Chinese. Authors also had taught Chinese language at elementary school in Thailand for four months, in the process of teaching practice, the author found that professor five character tang poetry as the teaching content to Thai elementary students can not only help students understand the Chinese culture, on the other hand also can promote learning in aspects of pronunciation, vocabulary and Chinese characters, and five character tang poetry with less words, low difficulty, a rhythm, not give students an additional burden, cooperate with various teaching methods can improve the students’ interest in learning, so I decided to start from this aspect to explore the five character tang poetry on the relevant problems in primary school Chinese teaching.This paper mainly includes several parts:The first part is the introduction. Introduces the source of this topic, the purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research status and research achievements of teaching ancient Chinese poems, so as to find out the value and significant.The second part discusses the feasibility of elementary school in Thailand, respectively from the relationship between language and culture, the development of Chinese poetry teaching, Thai students learning Chinese present situation and the Thai students spiritual interests, psychology and linguistics, provide theory support to five character tang poetry.The third chapter discusses the tang poetry teaching of Thai students learning Chinese from pronunciation, vocabulary, Chinese characters and the cultivation of the four language skills to discuss. The tang poetry teaching is not only a kind of culture teaching, can also promote the learning of other languages, cultivating pupils’Chinese language skills.The forth chapter discusses the tang poetry teaching method. According to the author’s teaching practice, recitation, singing, drawing method, the game method, situational method and so on. These methods has played a very good teaching effect.In chapter fifth through two tang poetry design, provide some instructions on Chinese culture teaching.The last part is the conclusion, sums up the research achievements of this paper.
