Teaching Reform Of Physical Education Research Which Based On "Professional Competence Oriented"

In recent years, our country’s higher vocational education enters a fast development period, the schools scale expanding of higher vocational education dominates around half of the whole higher education scale. YiChun Vocational and Technical College as jiangxi province demonstrative higher vocational school, actively promote the connotation construction, improve the talent training quality,promote core competitive ability of the school. the traditional common public sports course changes to the "professional ability oriented" teaching,To develop physical quality and fitness skills talents who can be competent for jobs.The research methods of literature, questionnaire etc. were used to investigate and analyze the status of YiChun Vocational and Technical College physical education.This study aims is according to yichun vocational and technical college sports teaching present situation and characteristics, find out the deficiency of the teaching, put forward valuable Suggestions and ideas which based on vocational ability for the school sports teaching reform, as well as provide examples of lessons for other public teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.Through research, we found that YiChun Vocational and Technical College of physical education teaching is still out of vocational education practice.There are still problems on the teaching goal is not clear, old teaching contents, teaching methods, rigid, physical education teachers team construction lag, lack of sports facilities, students’ enthusiasm to take part in physical exercise is not high and so on.According to the existing problems of yichun vocational technology college sports teaching, put forward sports teaching reform strategies which based on "professional competence oriented".First, according to the teaching principle, teachers certain teaching target;Second, optimize the teaching content; Third, improve the physical education teaching methods; Fourth, improve the physical education teaching evaluation; Fifth, improve teaching staff quality; Sixth, improve the sports facilities.Finally, we puts forward three Suggestions:First, the leadership of higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to physical education and ensure funds input. Second, the physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges should actively participate in various professional construction.Third, higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to the sports teaching textbook compilation which based on professional ability oriented.
