A Risk Management Of Navi Education Group Regarding International High School Project Preparation

The purpose of this paper is to explore the international co-operation in the project risk management, fully aware of risks you might encounter in the international cooperative education, advance the development of risk management strategies, reduce risk of loss, and improve the quality and efficiency of international cooperation projects. This Navi group international cooperation projects as a research object in education and integrated use of the literature analysis, investigation methods and analytic hierarchy process method for analysis.In the process of it, paper will divided Navi education group international high school for 3 stages:selecting cooperation partners for preparation project and getting approval stage, preparing hardware facilities and developing teaching plans stage, and publicity admissions stage, and determine the targets of all stages;Secondly, the emphasis and difficulty is the Navi education group international project risk analysis, determined to build on the principle of risk identification and risk source under the premise, based on flow chart and environmental analysis identified 18 of the 3 phases of the project risk, constructing the index system of the international high school construction project risk;Thirdly, this paper evaluate the risks of Navi education group international high school program, including qualitative analysis which is based on expert opinions, and quantitative analysis which is based on analytic hierarchy process, and finally calculate the overall risk of the construction project as medium risk level level.
