School moral education is an organic whole, which is composed of subsystems at different levels, such as primary school moral education, middle school moral education, university moral education subsystem. School moral educations at different stages are very important for the students’ moral development and growing up. Primary and secondary school education is the foundation of the educational work, and the basic education, among which moral education is the key. At present, there exsit some faults in such aspects as the targets, contents, ways and evaluation mechanism of setting in the primary and secondary school moral education, even affect the university moral education effect. Damages to the integrity and continuity of moral education seriously influence the cultivation of students’ overall quality and healthy growth. So how to do effective cohesion of primary and secondary school moral education is the top priority of the current moral education work.As an important part of “moral education” research, the study about the cohesion of school moral education starts late. Because of the lack of effective cohesion, the school moral education lacks in the integrity and systemicness, and the effect of moral education is not obvious. On the basis of a comprehensive review of the literature, understanding of research trend, and dynamic research through interviews and field analysis, the author starts from the rules of primary and secondary school moral education processes to find out the current problems occured in the integrity, continuity, systematization and pertinency of moral education in our primary and secondary school, that is the problem of the cohesion of moral education. Then the author analyzes the reasons for these problems, and explores the countermeasures to solve these problems.Specifically, the first part analyzes the necessity of paying attention to the cohesion of moral education in the process of primary and secondary school moral education; The second part reveals the cohesive problems from the moral education goals, contents, ways and evaluation mechanism, etc. in moral education of primary and secondary school in our country, and analyzes the causes; In the third part, some countermeasures are put forward to solve the cohesive problems from the establishment of moral principles, and the moral education goals, contents, approaches and evaluation mechanism, etc.. Such efforts are made to promote the organic cohesion of moral education in primary and secondary schools and to improve the actual effect of moral education.Theoretically, This paper forms a systematic and comprehensive understanding of the cohesion of moral education, enriches and perfects the theory system of the moral education cohesion of primary and secondary and college school. Pratically, it also can explore the operational ways ofthe cohesion of school moral education, help to reform moral education practice and enhance the effectiveness of moral education.
