The Research Of Higher Vocational Education Reform Under The International Labor Market

Today, vocational college graduates have become an important source of Chinese in varies of industry. It affects the reform and development of each profession directly. In addition, it also an important basis and measure for the direction of education whether graduates can find a good job, adapt to the society or not. With the development of globalization, International labor cooperation has become a new career path, however, whether graduates can catch the new working opportunities be their own ability becomes a new problem. According to the survey, interview and literature, the paper aim to make vocational education train some students which are adapt to both the international market and domestic market. This not only solves the problem of graduate employment, but also can bring advanced foreign technology home, It is a way to promote vocational education reform, and promote economic and technological development.Currently the international labor market increases its standards and specifications of talent persons year by year. The requirement of skilled person not stop at the technical level, it would also require a certain degree of English communication. Employers increase their demand of academic staff; they will be more than satisfied with merely technical, but also have the appropriate academic qualifications. In addition, the international labor market pays more attention on the literacy of vocational college graduates. All above all, the international labor market needs a combination of integrated talent on both sides of literacy qualities and professional skills.The author makes a questionnaire-type survey for CNC major students in three Jilin province higher vocational colleges. Then the author finds some questions mainly in the following aspects: 1. Culture and specialized courses have been arranged unbalanced and English courses are not emphasized. 2. There is no positive attitude to study in class. 3. Students cannot get the new technology immediately. 4. Professional training model of international market is not perfect.Above all those problems occurring in the investigation, the author puts forward some solutions for CNC education reform measures in Jilin province higher colleges. Firstly, to set up an effective training program in four areas of knowledge, skills structure, quality construction, and graduation requirements, to ensure training objectives. Secondly, change our stereotypes and cooperate with international enterprise. Thirdly, we need to introduce foreign materials actively and run a bilingual education. Forth, in the whole CNC objects system, we need to divide subjects into different direction. Then we can train Technical personnel. Fifth, according to the national requirements and equal to the normal universities, we should establish an academic and professional skills certification system. Sixth, students must have career guidance education class to change the concept of employment and encourage students to broaden their horizons to the international community to obtain employment opportunity.According to the interviews of internal labor business leaders, questionnaires of Jilin province higher colleges and documents, the paper aim to make graduate to catch the opportunity of international labor. This not only solves the graduates’ employment problem but also can bring new technic home to improve the employment rate and economic development.
