In addition to the advantages of urban development policy, but also take away the quality of labor in rural areas, rural development funds away, resulting in a lack of labor and funds rural development, rural destitution, the decline of rural schools, rural children left behind in rural schools gradually become the main body of students. After the withdrawal point and the school, making the popular boarding boarder younger age, some students often feel lonely, it is greatly hindered by physical and mental development, teaching rural school teachers and students reduced the enthusiasm, but also makes the rural teacher in trouble, for teachers and students to grow and development has had a major adverse effects. For rural students learning environment and conditions of concern for the plight of rural teachers concerned about their own survival, rural education has been a hot research. The state government has issued and implemented policies, making the current rural school hardware facilities has been significantly improved, but the fact that this does not fully improve rural education behind.“Learning to care”is a slogan put forward by the UNESCO after “learning to be”. "International Seminar on Education for the 21 st Century" in 1989, UNESCO held a speech entitled "LEARNING TO CARE FOR OTHERS—The Aim for the Education in the 21st-Century",saying that People should "being care about the world, care about others, and care about oneself". And care education theory is generated, then Nel Noddings, emphasizied that the purpose of education is to care for the moral core of life, but is a caring teacher(as carers) issued caring, students(as being carers) to recognize and respond to the complete process of caring teachers.This study based on Nodding’ s Caring educational theory, using theinterviews,questionnaires, literature research and other research methods, studies the status quo of the nual primary school teacher-student relationship analyzes the reasons of caring lack, and seeks the methods of building caring teacher-student relationship to provide some information for the rural primary school teachers. This paper consists of the following parts:Preface: including the reasons signifiance,and methods of the research.Part I:Analysis of the status of rural primary school teacher-student relationship.This part is to find out the status of rural high school teacher-student relationship and analyze the reasons for lack of care by the way of questionnaire survey.Part II:Construction of caring teacher-student relationship-based theories. This section is the concept, characteristics and general significance of the care education.Part III: Construction of rural primary school caring teacher-student relationship.In this chapter, from the teachers point of view, putting forward construction of rural primary school teacher-student relationship-based care approach: respect,understanding, trustand setting examples.The end: A summary of the study, indicating the desire of this research and point to the existence of limitation and shortcoming.
