Teachers and students are the most important agent in the course of school moral education,the relationship between teachers and students will not only have an effect on the practicality of moral education at school,but also have an effect on then development of the students’ personalities,teachers’ self-actualization and the happiness of teachers and students in school. Forming a caring teacher-student relationship in the process of moral education in primary school in rural areas is a study of great theoretical significance and application value mining.Firstly,taking care of the relationship as the breakthrough point,this thesis introduces three theoretical principles, including Nodding’s caring education theory,humanistic educational theory of Maslow and Rodgers, the theory of good relationship between teachers and students of Confucian in the Pre-Qin times.On the basis of these theories,this part analyses the characteristics of the caring teacher-student relationship in the process of moral education in primary school in rural areas:relationality, continuity, racticality, and intersubjectivity.Besides,this part also discusses it’s great significance for the education in primary school in rural areas,for the teachers and the students.Then,this thesis discuss status and problems of the relationship between teachers and students in the process of moral education in primary school.These problems can briefly be summarized into there parts:Lacking of communication between some teachers and students,lacking of trust,understand and respect between some teachers and students,leading to opposed relationship between them.This part also analysis the reasons of these problems between teachers and students:firstly, the schools ’management is not good enough,mainly reflected in three aspects:the unreasonable evaluation system,the incomplete moral education and the lacking of continuity of moral education.Secondly,the teachers are not caring enough for students. Thirdly,the students can’t provide a timely response to teacher’s care.At last,this thesis based on the reasons which caused these problems, put forward improvement countermeasures of constructing caring relationship between teachers and students from three aspects. Firstly,the primary school in rural areas should build caring atmosphere, build rational evaluation system,put caring into the process of moral education and promote home-school cooper.Secondly,the teachers should establish a correct education concept, improve the quality of care constantly,adopt several moral-educating measure, create a caring classroom atmosphere and strengthen thecontact with students’ parents.Finally,the students should respect teachers and learn to express their concern to teachers.
