| Since the late 20 th century, starting from the effectiveness of school controversy, school effectiveness research on education management system became the main basis for the educational reform. Throughout the study, there are generally found in the elementary and middle school stage, which is hardly related to higher education and vocational education. And in basic education, school effectiveness research has brought a turn for school reform and development, achieved good results.Although vocational education in the education system is in an important position, but is currently facing many problems, and needs reforming urgently to achieve sustainable development. This paper takes vocational school as the research object, considers that to carry out school effectiveness research in vocational schools is a new outlet to reform vocational schools.This article mainly uses literature analysis, and analyze the related works, papers, journals and other documents. Entire article based on logical analysis methodology, using the theory of vocational education, education management theory, organizational behavior theory, and to determine the writing ideas according to the logical reasoning.This paper is divided into five parts, which are the introduction, review of school effectiveness research, the effectiveness of the vocational school, the influence factors of vocational school effectiveness and the ways to improve the effectiveness of the vocational school. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, research purposes, research contents, research methods. The second chapter is review of school effectiveness research. Through reading a lot of literature, the paper combs the origin of school effectiveness research, and the development of school effectiveness research. On this basis, this paper reflects on school effectiveness research from the development of the purpose, research perspectives, research methods, and summary and analysis the general sense of school effectiveness factors. The third chapter mainly explains the connotation and denotation of vocational school effectiveness, defines the concept of vocational schools effectiveness and analyzes its function. The fourth chapter discusses the influence on vocational school effectiveness factors, includes six core factors: vocational school management, majors and courses, educational and teaching activities, headmaster, teachers and school culture. The fifth chapter is ways to improve vocational school effectiveness, continues ideas of the fourth chapter, aims at how to improve the six core factors, the paper puts forward suggestions from six aspects, including the construction of effectiveness school-based management mechanism, the reasonably setting of professional and curriculum, strengthening the construction of practical training base, building the vocational school culture ecology, strengthening the leadership of the vocational school principal, and strengthening the construction of vocational school teachers, in order to improve efficiency in vocational school for reference. |
